ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM
Each year, the Indiana Athletic Trainers' Association hosts an Annual Symposium for its membership and aligned vendors and practitioners. This one-day event is designed to provide critical professional development and networking opportunities for Athletic Trainers across the state and related companies who support our work. IATA will not host an Annual Symposium in 2023. NATA is hosting the 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo in Indianapolis. This will take place June 21-24, 2023. |

Call for Presentation Proposals
The Indiana Athletic Trainers’ Association Education Committee invites proposals for professional presentations at the 2024 IATA Annual Meeting and Symposium in Carmel, IN, on June 2, 2024. Athletic Trainers and affiliated professionals are encouraged to submit proposals for feature presentations and/or learning labs.
Presentation topics for professionals should address athletic training domain(s) beyond entry-level knowledge or address a topic that would make a valuable contribution to the understanding of the practice or pedagogy of athletic training.
Each submission must include the proposal application form, a structured abstract including Rationale, Objective, Description, and Key Words, and short speaker bio. All proposals must be submitted via this form. Each submission will undergo review by the IATA Education Committee.
Submissions can include the following:
Professional Presentation - 1 hour in length - Lecture Only
Learning Lab - Up to 2 hours in length - Lecture and Lab Combination
Submissions must be received by November 17, 2023 for consideration.
